We are saddened to learn of the passing of Gloria Ramirez. Mrs. Ramirez was a long time member of our Board of Commissioners, serving from 2004-2014. She was particularly dedicated to helping families access important social and supportive services, often volunteering her time with these programs. In 2013, BHA dedicated our new social services facility as the “Gloria Ramirez Neighborhood Resource Center” in her honor. Mrs. Ramirez will be truly missed, and our thoughts …and prayers are with the Ramirez family.
