Patti Merrill is a native of Beaumont, Texas. After earning her degree in Real Estate at Lamar University, she started her own realty business, Homestead Realty. The agency has grown into a successful business, employing 11 real estate agents who help families realize the dream of homeownership.
Merrill has served on several committees with the Beaumont Board of Realtors and the Lamar Institute of Technology. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors and the Beaumont Board of Realtors.
In addition to her work as a realtor, Merrill serves as a Senior Loan Officer for Homestead Mortgage.
